FLT Driver – Immediate Starts! Temp to Perm – Woolston (Warrington)

Pay: £13.33 per hour (rising to £13.66 after 13 weeks)

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a modern, well-organised logistics site in Woolston. This is a long-term opportunity with permanent roles available after 13 weeks. If you’re looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and a friendly team environment – this is the role for you!

Shift Available:

  • Night Shift: Monday to Friday | 11pm–8am (23:00–08:00)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Loading & unloading wagons
  • Moving stock around the pallet yard
  • Handling pallets, cages & larger items
  • Stacking/unstacking pallets & working safely at all times
  • Keeping the working area clean & organised
  • Using a pump truck & supporting general warehouse tasks
  • Working to deadlines in a busy warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in-house accepted)
  • Minimum 6 months FLT driving experience
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
  • Comfortable with manual handling & heavy lifting
  • Reliable, safety-conscious and a good team player
