Business Development Manager Telecoms / Mobile Sales
Location: Hybrid Home-based with travel to Swansea HQ (once a week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE), £400 monthly car allowance, Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings or weekends)

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking through to proposal, presentation, and closing while delivering exceptional service that reflects the brand's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business opportunities via outbound calls, networking, events, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Manage your own sales pipeline using the company CRM system
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to new and existing clients
- Conduct bill analysis and highlight cost-saving opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed realistic monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals
About You
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Telecoms, IT, or technology sales background is highly desirable (mobiles, cloud telephony, connectivity, etc.)
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven with the ability to manage your own workload
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a performance-focused environment
