Your Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:

  • Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
  • Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
  • Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families

  • A caring and patient nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Previous experience in a care role is desirable – but not essential as full training can be provided
