The predicted salary is between 16.2 - 19.8 £ per hour.
To operate automated production lines and production press/line, ensuring that customers are supplied within agreed delivery times and production is working safely as the lowest cost producer, with the highest quality output and that objectives and KPIs are met.
FLT Licence is required for this role; however, training and licence will be offered to the right candidates.
Achievement is delivered through:
- Running automated machines with automated conveying and robotic bag stacking
- Running lines with automated conveying, heat tunnel wrapping and robotic stacking
- Setting production lines to operate efficiently
- Involved in problem solving and fault diagnosis of line issues
- Packing nationally recognised products for sale to the public and trade sectors to a high standard
- Operating a FLT and completing vehicle safety checks at the beginning and end of each shift and sanitising the cab regularly throughout the shift
- Conducting and recording product quality control measures
- Accurate completion of documentation
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment with excellent housekeeping and a high level of safety awareness at all times
- Wearing the appropriate and correct PPE
- Working with team members to maximise productivity and efficiency giving suggestions for any improvements required
- Ensuring all health, safety and quality standards are adhered to
