Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components to the ironing boards, using hand tools
- Ensure consistent quality and output targets are achieved
- Operating machinery if required (training provided)
- Loading parts onto the automated line for assembly
- Loading machinery
- Packing items once assembled, and labelling the boxes for dispatch
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Assembly/Production Operative
- Experience working with tooling and assembly work
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early shifts
