Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm / Friday: 6:00am – 11:30am

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary ongoing (Minimum 7 Weeks) potential for longer.

Assembly Operative required for an immediate start with a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate with a background in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components to the ironing boards, using hand tools
  • Ensure consistent quality and output targets are achieved
  • Operating machinery if required (training provided)
  • Loading parts onto the automated line for assembly
  • Loading machinery
  • Packing items once assembled, and labelling the boxes for dispatch
  • Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Assembly/Production Operative
  • Experience working with tooling and assembly work
  • Ability to read and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early shifts
