I am looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Management Co-Ordinator to support the delivery of innovative packaging solutions from concept through to production. In this role, you'll collaborate with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to turn creative briefs into commercially viable products that meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is a Fixed Term Contract role working on-site in Wellington, Somerset - 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Relationship Management
    • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external customers, and suppliers.
    • Ensure all stakeholders are regularly updated on project status.
    • Coordinate sample development and transit packaging briefs.
    • Proactively address and escalate any risks to timelines or quality.
  • Project Execution & Coordination
    • Manage the development and approval of components and packaging specifications.
    • Partner with Packaging Technologists and Senior Project Leaders to deliver prototypes and pre-production samples.
    • Maintain accurate project data using company systems and adhere to customer-specific processes.
    • Ensure all packaging is compliant and aligned with company or client requirements.
  • Accuracy & Technical Administration
    • Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation, including specifications and artwork checks.
    • Support regulatory and waste compliance where required.
    • Generate box-end labels and ensure all details meet technical and aesthetic standards.
  • Team Collaboration & Flexibility
    • Support colleagues' projects during absences to ensure continuity.
    • Share knowledge and develop specialist skills in niche packaging areas, contributing to the team's overall capability.
