Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive In-Service Production Support professional to join our team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in supporting the aircraft production line, focusing on identifying, recording, and analysing emergent work. This includes raising the correct paperwork (92C / EW Form), liaising with aircraft managers, and providing analytical data to support operational decisions. This is a temporary contract until February, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Maintain operations burndown (level 3) plans aligned with aircraft build schedules. Support aircraft managers in forecasting and monitoring daily build progress. Update aircraft boards and provide accurate performance statistics.
- Emergent Work: Identify emergent work tasks and raise the correct paperwork (92C/EW Form). Maintain records and spreadsheets of all emergent work tasks and their status. Monitor hours in SAP/MES and resolve discrepancies. Facilitate sign-off meetings with stakeholders.
- Business Performance & Works Analysis: Work with teams to improve In-Service Support processes and standardize procedures. Build strong relationships across the business to ensure effective delivery of objectives. Complete other tasks as required by the Operations Business Performance & Works Analysis Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in production support, planning, or operations analysis is desirable.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and adherence to company procedures, health & safety, and ethical standards.
