Process Engineer
The Opportunity:
We have two fabulous opportunities for a Process Engineer who either offers relevant experience in a Mechanical or Chemical environment, or for a Graduate Engineer with a Chemistry or Engineering degree. The Process Engineer will work in a role which is both hands on on the production floor, and office based analysing and presenting your findings and the associated data. The role is all about improving efficiencies, yield and reducing waste in a progressive engineering environment.
The Role:
- As Process Engineer you will be monitoring and controlling processes on the shop floor with the aim of advising on technical matters; ensuring that processes are adequate to produce product that meets specific standards agreed between us and our customers from the defence, aviation, medical and telecommunication industries.
- It will be your priority to develop new techniques to increase the capability of the company; whether by improving efficiency, yield or reducing waste, you will be continuously utilising your engineering skills to provide an increasingly more complex product.
What you will bring to the Team:
- Preferably 2+ years experience in engineering, OR a Bachelors degree in either a Chemistry discipline OR Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent problem solving skills and a real excitement at being able to work through issues to find better solutions.
- Logical thinking and a good application of the scientific method.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good understanding of technical documentation, and the ability to present data using the full Microsoft suite.

- Basic Salary: Β£27-31000 depending on experience
