About the Role We’re seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to lead a small, dynamic team within a fast-paced environment for a well established client. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey ensuring enquiries, orders, and deliveries are handled smoothly, all while maintaining exceptional service standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and order management experience who’s ready to take on supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a small customer operations team. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, website and in person. Manage the full order process, from input through to delivery. Keep customers informed of order status and resolve issues promptly. Liaise effectively with internal departments. Maintain accurate records across company systems and documentation. Produce and review departmental reports. Manage administration for non-conformities and general tasks. Represent the company at trade shows as required.What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a customer service/order processing role. Previous supervisory or team-leading experience. Excellent communication skills with a professional, personable telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Confident working independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. Comfortable handling challenging customer situations. IT proficient in MS Office, CRM, and accounting systems.
