Meridian are working with an international M&E company that are in a period of growth due to successful tenders and internal promotions. Requirements for this role:

  • Gold JIB card
  • BS#removed#th Edition
  • 2391 Testing Qualification is desirable but NOT essential
  • Previous experience 1st and 2nd fixing commercial and industrial projects such as offices, retail, fit outs etc.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (there will be travel involved in this role)
  • Ability to work nationwide

Duties include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Helping to install, Inspect & Test, and maintain Electrical building services on commercial projects across the UK
  • Ability to safely sign off Electrical work to a high standard
  • Work closely with supervisory and management staff to help project sign offs by assisting with the end of project reports
  • Working closely with Electricians on site as well as management teams to provide technical support on compliance, reports, and project paperwork
  • Keeping up to date with industry regulations and HSE governing bodies to ensure compliance and
