You will be working for an independent property consultancy with offices across London and the South-East of England. The company provides surveying and valuation services across the South of England to individuals and businesses when important property decisions need to be made.
The Job
The Loan Security Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed valuations for a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, primarily for loan security purposes. Daily tasks will include conducting site inspections, compiling valuation reports, market research, client communication, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver an efficient and high-quality service.

Min 2 years’ PQE as either MRICS or FRICS
RICS Registered Valuer
Knowledge of RICS standards, regulatory compliance, and market trends analysis.
