We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operative with a valid FLT Licence to join our busy production team. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, hardworking individual who is confident working with machinery and has experience operating a forklift truck in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials using a forklift truck (when required)
- Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas (when required)
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a Machine/Production Operative
- Hold a valid FLT licence (counterbalance)
- Have experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Be safety-conscious and reliable
- Have good attention to detail
- Be physically fit and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Be willing to work shifts and overtime when required
