One week of work from Monday 17/11/25 – Sunday 23/11/25 initially! Morning shifts available! Both Kettering and Wellingborough train stations are introducing automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) in the station car parks, and they need enthusiastic, engaging Customer Service Assistants to hand out flyers to drivers entering the car park to let them know what is going on, how it will affect them and to tell them about the timeframes for it and how it will work.
This role as a Customer Service Assistant is ideal for students who have some days off and are looking for extra cash as well as anyone looking for an outdoors based, face to face customer service assistant role working closely with the public!
A briefing document will be given to all starters with an overview of the ANPR installation project and a number of easy to understand questions and answers, which will make it easier to talk to the public.
