Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading retail distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead.

We have immediate starts available on the following shifts:

  • PM Shift: 1pm to 8pm, 5 days out of 7 including weekends
  • Day Shift: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Picking graphics materials and store consumables using handheld scanners
  • Sorting returned products by identification codes
  • Moving clothing and household stock around the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading vans (PM shift only)
  • Working to productivity targets
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting duties where required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse, picker packer or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out manual handling duties
