Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading retail distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead.
We have immediate starts available on the following shifts:
PM Shift
- 1pm to 8pm (1300-2000)
- 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Day Shift
- 8am to 4pm (0800-1600)
- Monday to Friday
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking graphics materials and store consumables using handheld scanners
- Sorting returned products by identification codes
- Moving clothing and household stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vans (PM shift only)
- Working to productivity targets
- Manual handling and heavy lifting duties where required
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picker packer or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out manual handling duties
- £14.42 per hour
- Overtime paid at £21.63 per hour
