The Head of Finance will lead the growing finance department and drive the planning and financial operations for the company, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial risk management, and providing strategic insights to the senior management team. The Head of Finance will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Duties: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business performance and strategic decisions. Lead and manage the finance team, setting clear objectives and ensuring effective execution. Reporting able to grow with the needs of the business. This is a full time onsite permanent role offering £60,000 - £70,000 DOE and free on-site parking.
