We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected nursing home in Lowestoft who are seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead their front-of-house and housekeeping teams, ensuring residents and visitors experience the highest standards of comfort and care.
The Role: As the Hospitality Manager, you’ll take ownership of the home’s hospitality experience — from dining and housekeeping to customer service and presentation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the home feels like a true “home-from-home” for residents, their families, and guests. Your day-to-day will include:
