What You'll Be Doing
As Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of developing new business opportunities while nurturing lasting customer relationships across a diverse range of industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within target markets
Developing and executing growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to contract negotiation and project delivery
Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Visiting clients across the UK and internationally, attending meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Collaborating with engineering, service, and aftermarket teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions
Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey
