The role involves providing high quality professional support services to the office's professional teams and the wider Practice.
Responsibilities:- Providing admin support to three teams.
- Looking after Directors calendars.
- Arranging meetings.
- Taking minutes and managing actions.
- Ordering refreshments and lunches for clients and staff meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Audio/copy typing as requested.
- Providing reception assistance.
- Setting up new projects and archiving project information on completion.
- Dealing with purchase orders.
- Supporting with quotes and bids for work.
- Assisting with specifications, certificates, and contract instructions.
- Assisting in producing tender analysis documents.
- Preparing client invoicing and issuing to clients.
