This is a really lovely role for somebody who'd like to use their fluent French and English every single day at work. If you think you'd enjoy working in an office environment, talking in French and English to customers and company representatives, sending emails in both languages, and organising for all sorts of things to happen, then this could be a great job for you. You must have equal fluency in spoken and written French and English.
You will be using your fluent French language all day as well as English, both on the phone and via emails and webchats. Undertaking various forms of administration, from scheduling shipments for the export of goods, translating company brochure pages for the marketing team, talking to French dealers daily and doing some data input. This role would suit a language graduate, or similar, keen to learn office work, in a customer driven environment, but somebody who wants to use their fluent French every single day.
Preferred Skills:- Excellent French and English language skills, must be equally fluent in French and English both written and oral.
- Possess excellent communication skills, to communicate complex product information, clearly and concisely.
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and ability to grasp large amounts of product information.
- Possess a flair for developing and maintaining good client relations.
- Be proactive in making outbound calls to help improve the customer experience and build relations.
- Ability to multi-task across a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, all of which you will be taught how to do.
- A competitive salary up to £26,200
