Role Overview
We're seeking a Resource Analyst to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and contractor management across the organisation. You'll deliver data-driven insights, support leadership decisions, and ensure workforce compliance with internal and external policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning & Resource Management
- Maintain staffing requirements and forecast resource needs
- Manage headcount, staffing and contractor data in workforce tools
- Track onboarding/offboarding and personnel movements
- Monitor utilization and workload distribution to identify gaps
- Contractor & Vendor Support
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding
- Act as primary liaison with staffing vendors
- Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and HR policies
- Track contract terms, funding and expiration dates
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain resource allocation tracking (commitment, availability, capacity)
- Build dashboards and reports on staffing, budget, and resource allocation
- Provide leadership with actionable insights
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Operational Support
- Assist managers with staffing requests and workforce transactions
- Support budget planning and contractor spend forecasting
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
