Manufacturing Shift Supervisor The Opportunity: The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor will assume responsibility for 80 staff across a swing shift rotation (6-2/2-10 7 days per week). The role does require overtime being worked on the weekend, which is well recompensed, but applicants should be aware. This shift orientated role will require you to utilise all of your Supervisory skills in a Manufacturing / Production environment in a pro-active and hands on manner. The purpose of the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor role is to effectively manage a large manufacturing team and equipment resources to optimise production workflow, maximise employee performance and ensure consistent, on time delivery to meet forecasted customer demand.
