Customer Service Advisor
Witney (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking an Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a leading technology company in Witney.
In this role, you will support the team in delivering high quality system support, resolving queries from clients around the world including Italian speaking customers. It is essential that you can communicate in both English and Italian, via email and phone, fluently to business level.
The ideal person will have a strong customer service background and be driven to deliver a fantastic professional service. Upholding the excellent levels of communication and care that this company prides themselves on. It is a busy role requiring you to prioritise work and be able to enter data accurately and efficiently.
Customer Service Advisor duties (job description can be provided)
- Be part of the Professional Services Team and helpdesk function, using both the Italian and English language.
- Service the needs of the companys customer portfolio to maintain their online presence and offer proactive advice.
- Deliver refresher system training to new and existing clients via web meetings
- Log and follow up all customer queries.
- Supporting the customers through the going live process alongside the Sales Agents.
- Share the rolling annual audit checks and updates
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be entitled to the following
- Hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 at home. Initially for training you may be required in the office more frequently.
- 28 days holiday, plus one for your birthday. Increases with long service
- 5% pension employer contribution after qualifying period
- Death in service policy
- Free parking on site
