Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills in English and one of the following languages — German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or French?
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the single point of contact for B2B customers
- Process and confirm orders, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
- Proactively communicate throughout the order cycle
Documentation & Logistics:
- Prepare accurate shipping and invoicing documents
- Adapt documentation to destination‑specific requirements
- Coordinate with warehouses for road and airfreight logistics
Sales Support & Customer Success:
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to build strong client relationships
- Support customers using our digital platforms (EDI, B2B Webstore)
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive growth
After‑Sales & Certification:
- Provide customs, compliance, and certification documents (MSDS, TDS, Certificates)
- Manage claims, returns, and corrections efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English + one of: German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or French
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience in customer care, order processing, or logistics (B2B preferred)
- A proactive, solution‑focused approach
