What Youll Do: Customer Care Representative & Order Management Act as the
single point of contact
for B2B customers Process and confirm orders, ensuring smooth and timely delivery Proactively communicate throughout the order cycle Documentation & Logistics Prepare accurate
shipping and invoicing documents Adapt documentation to
destination-specific requirements Coordinate with
warehouses
for road and airfreight logistics Sales Support & Customer Success Collaborate with
Sales and Account Managers
to build strong client relationships Support customers using our
digital platforms
(EDI, B2B Webstore) Identify
upselling and cross-selling
opportunities to drive growth After-Sales & Certification Provide
customs, compliance, and certification documents
(MSDS, TDS, Certificates) Manage
claims, returns, and corrections
efficiently and professionally What Were Looking For: Fluent in
