As the Human Resources Manager within this hugely successful Devon Manufacturer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HR functions within the company while serving as a critical link to the wider Group. The business is going through a period of expansion via acquisition, and this equates to a really exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on HR professional.
You will lead the HR, Training and Payroll function of this hugely successful Devon manufacturer who are undergoing a huge period of change and global expansion. With 150 staff on site and another 4 in Europe, China and America, you will lead the daily operations of the HR department—spanning recruitment, employee relations, and policy enforcement—while providing direct leadership to an up-and-coming HR Coordinator.
You will play a key role in harmonising HR practices and contributing to strategic Group projects that drive consistency across the business. In this strategic capacity, you will design and implement HR development plans that encompass everything from culture and attitudinal shifts to contract management and disciplinary procedures.
You are responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture overseeing the L&D function to facilitate staff training and development in coordination with Group initiatives, and ensuring that systems for monitoring and measuring growth are robust and integrated. Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Head Office, you will provide expert interpretation of HR performance data. Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring HR's contribution to the business is both high-impact and strategically aligned with the Group's long-term vision.

What you will bring to the Team:
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 - HR
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Manager, managing others
- Learning & Development Experience
- An excellent communicator with excellent IT skills
- Experience within manufacturing
- Experience with Acquisition and Merger
- Experience with Change Management and Organisational Design
Benefits:
- Salary £55,000
- Quarterly Company bonus scheme – can be up to 12% of your salary
- 5 year retention bonus, payable annually AND at the end of 5 years
