My client are a dynamic and fast-growing organization that specializes in providing technical administration services to the Construction industry. They are looking to on board a Client Relationship Manager to join their support team and work closely with the Managing Director. This is a Bridgwater based role so you must be in a commutable area to the office. This role will consist of: Assisting and administering to all commercial aspects of the businesses contracts Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or client base Minimising cost and risk where possible including analysis and reporting of monthly deliverables to management Liaising with clients and supply chain regarding commercial matters Raising quotes and processing purchase orders Attending meetings and providing commercial reports to clients and senior management Proactive account management of clients to up sell and cross-sell You will need to be very personable and have strong relationship building skills. The ability to communicate with senior management is crucial as you will be dealing direct with clients. A previous experience within a Sales/Account Management role would be advantageous.
