Client Care Specialist 📍 Brackmills NN4 💷 £26,091 per annum (£13.38 per hour) 🕒 Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break) 📄 Temp to Perm Opportunity Meridian Business Support are delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a Client Care Specialist for their busy and growing team based in Brackmills. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring clients receive a positive experience from start to finish. The role offers a pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels. Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Manage customer records and update internal systems accurately. Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely manner. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Process customer requests and support administrative activities as required. Ensure a high standard of client care is maintained at all times. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a customer service, client care, or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
