We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative and a Production Hygienistto join a busy and friendly team based in Galhampton on a long-term temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is looking for a stable temporary position with the potential to become an important part of the production team.
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

  • Working as part of a busy production team
  • Assisting with the manufacturing and production process
  • Operating production equipment and machinery as required
  • Assembling, preparing and handling products
  • Following health and safety and company procedures
  • Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
  • Working to production targets and deadlines
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the production process

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar hands-on environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good reliability and timekeeping
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full training will be provided, so previous production experience may not be essential for the right candidate.
