We're recruiting on behalf of a beautiful, design-led tile showroom in Cardiff, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate retail team where creativity meets consultative selling. What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their project needs
- Inspiring tiling ideas - from first homes to trade projects
- Recommending products with confidence and design flair
- Completing sales accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining showroom standards and visual displays
- Managing stock, deliveries and general housekeeping
- Working collaboratively with a supportive team
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- A genuine interest in interiors, design and colour
- Ability to build rapport and understand customer projects
- Good numeracy skills (area calculations etc.)
- IT literate and comfortable handling transactions
- Flexible to work weekends (5 days over 7 rota)
- Happy to assist with stock handling
- Experience within home improvements is desirable but not essential - personality and passion are key.
