The client is a growing independent Property Management Company based in Southwest London. They manage over 400 blocks ranging from two units to hundreds covering every borough in London. The company is going through an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the team.
The successful candidate should be able to manage a range of surveys and provide their expertise and Project Management support when required. The successful candidate will be carrying out the following:
- Damp and mould surveys.
- Structural surveys and defect analysis.
- Rebuild cost assessments for residential and commercial blocks.
- Insurance Surveys.
- Condition reports and Planned Maintenance Programs.
- Project Management.
