We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing & Gas Trainer/Assessor to join our team full-time. In this vital role, you'll support apprentices throughout their training journey, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers.

About the Role:

As a Trainer/Assessor, you’ll work closely with apprentices, employers, and our teaching staff to guide learners from start to successful completion of their programmes. Your main duties will include:

  • Coordinating and preparing apprentices for End Point Assessment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers

This role includes agile working – while regular college attendance and workplace visits are required, admin and planning tasks can be completed from home, with your line manager's agreement.

  • Strong planning, communication, and IT skills
  • A full driving licence and use of a vehicle (business mileage reimbursed)
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a team-focused approach

Familiarity with Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment is a bonus, though full training will be given to the right candidate.
