Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative and a Production Hygienist to join a busy and friendly team based in Galhampton on a long-term temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and is looking for a stable temporary position with the potential to become an important part of the production team.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Assisting with the manufacturing and production process
- Operating production equipment and machinery as required
- Assembling, preparing and handling products
- Following health and safety and company procedures
- Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the production process
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar hands‑on environment is advantageous but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full training will be provided, so previous production experience may not be essential for the right candidate.
