- Cleaning and maintaining guest accommodation
- Completing routine and deep cleaning tasks in line with schedules, covering floors, surfaces, toilets, and high-touch areas.
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly, following COSHH guidelines.
- Monitoring cleanliness during trading hours and responding promptly to spillages or urgent cleaning needs.
- Replenishing essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly, including following recycling procedures.
- Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant manager.
- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure all areas remain clean and presentable.
- Maintaining high personal hygiene standards and using PPE when required.
