Yard Operative / Plant Operator

Meridian business support is recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team based in Deeside.

Ideally, candidates will have experience operating one or more of the following:

FLT (Forklift Truck)

360 Excavator

Loading Shovel

The ideal candidate will be:

• - Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• - Experienced in a yard or plant environment
• - Flexible and willing to get stuck in with general yard duties
• - A team player with a good attitude
• - Free Onsite Parking
• - Good transport links
• - Temp to Perm Opportunities
• - Full training provided – “buddy system” with an experienced FLT Driver and full induction training in place
• - Online payslips
• - Weekly pay

Hours & Shifts

Monday to Friday – weekly shift rotation:

• - Week 1: 6 AM – 2 PM (Morning shift)
• - Week 2: 2 PM – 10 PM (Afternoon shift)

Pay Rate

• - £14.64 per hour for all daily hours worked
• - £13.39 per hour should you not fulfill all daily hours
• - Overtime after 40 hours is £1.00 extra per hour
• - Saturday shift pay rate: £16.27 per hour
• - Sunday and Bank Holiday shift pay rate: £18.77 per hour

Immediate start available / Weekly pay
