Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage customer records and update internal systems accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Process customer requests and support administrative activities as required.
- Ensure a high standard of client care is maintained at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service, client care, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
