This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading commercial FM service provider, covering a cluster of sites across East London and Essex. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of mechanical and general building services across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The role will involve:
- Supervising a team of engineers
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
- Managing specialist contractors
- Ensuring statutory compliance and health and safety standards are consistently maintained
You will also work closely with the client and key stakeholders to support the smooth day-to-day operation of each site.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: £48,500 per annum

Requirements:
- You will hold current mechanical qualifications, such as NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 6187, or a similar relevant qualification
- Electrical qualifications would be beneficial, but are not essential
- Strong experience across mechanical building services, including service, repair and installation
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, heating systems and ventilation systems
- Previous experience supervising or supporting a large team of engineers with varying levels of experience
