As Warehouse Team Leader you will be working Monday to Friday with fantastic benefits, career progression as well as free onsite parking and good public transport links including a bus stop just three minutes walk away!! Shifts & Pay: Monday to Friday – the following shifts are available, however you should be able to start on 8am-5pm AM: 6am-3pm (0600-1500) – £14.55 per hour PM : 1pm-10pm (1300-2200) – £16.43 per hour AsWarehouse Team Leader you will be working in warehouse environment as part of a team supporting a well known retailer!! Your role will involve the following: Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers. Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site. Support the supervisory team in the recruitment of suitable high calibre, and customer service focused staff. Managing approximately 10 staff members including Warehouse staff and VNA/FLT Drivers We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following: Excellent IT skills with intermediate knowledge using MS Office applications Experience of working as Warehouse Team Leader or similar Proven experience in leading a team of 10+warehouse staff Good First Aid knowledge as well as fire and safety as you will be a key holder opening and closing the site Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
