We are looking for a driven French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global marketplace company based remote in the UK. Are you a fluent French speaker with experience recruiting across the French market ? As a French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting international growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the French market . Working remotely from the UK, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver a smooth, high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and managers . Day to day, you will join a fast-paced, remote based global team where you'll manage a live portfolio of around 20 requisitions , often covering multiple vacancies per role.
You'll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates , coordinating interviews, and creating shortlists that align with business needs . You'll act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout each stage of the process.
