Multi Skilled Engineer Woking, Surrey GU21 £25.87 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) 6 weeks initially Start ASAP Full-time hours (Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm) on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and installations. Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently. Minor Electrical Works: Fault-finding lighting and small power systems, replacing electrical accessories Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. Repair and replace taps and sanitaryware. Complete work in accordance with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or maintenance management systems. Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and building occupants. Identify opportunities for improving building performance and reducing maintenance costs. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and effectively.
