Based in Norfolk, Meridian Business Support is seeking Support Workers to join a dedicated care team offering both day and night shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and a fulfilling daily life.
Your Role:
- Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
- Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
- Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
