As an
FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Loader , you will play a key role in ensuring products are moved, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently across the site.
Key responsibilities include: Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance forklift truck Operating a 4-pronged forklift truck (full training available if required) Transporting finished products from production areas into the warehouse Picking, preparing and staging orders ready for dispatch Stacking and storing products safely in designated locations Supporting the wider warehouse and manufacturing teams as required Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards

position is based on a rotating shift pattern, offering a consistent Monday to Friday working week.
Shift Pattern
Saturday: 6:00am to 6:00pm Sunday: 10:00am to 10:00pm x2 Weekday Nights (10pm-6am or 9pm-5am) flexibility required
To be considered for this
FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Loader
role, you will need: A valid Counterbalance FLT licence Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift truck Experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment The ability to work rotating shift patterns A strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Desirable: Previous experience operating a 4-pronged Counterbalance FLT, although training can be provided
Applicants with experience as a Forklift Driver, FLT Driver, Warehouse Operative, Dispatch Operative, Goods In Operative, Goods Out Operative or Logistics Operative are encouraged to apply.
