Based in Suffolk, Meridian Business Support is seeking Senior Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Suffolk offering night shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. Your Role:
- Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
- Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
- Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
