We are recruiting for a Sales Representative to join one of the UK\’s leadingplasticmanufacturers based in Liverpool. This is a full time permanent office based role working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Fridays 8:30am-4:30pm offering a salary of £28k per annum rising to £30k after a successful 6 month probation. This role offers free onsite parking, staff canteen, 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service), a company bonus scheme and more! As Sales Representative you will be working within a Sales Team of three reporting to the Key Account Manager. Key responsibilities include: – Lead generation and marketing: minimum 20 cold calls a day – Use of website tracking software to generate leads – Customer service: liaising with other departments to track order status and manage jobs from order to on time delivery – Raise quotes and customer orders using Microsoft Dynamics and order entry system – Deal with purchase orders for external suppliers – Daily reports on outstanding orders and sales figures – Attend sales meetings and take minutes To excel in this role, candidates should possess : – Previous sales/customer service experience within a manufacturing environment,ideally polythene or other packaging – Proficiency in Excel functions, experience of Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.Experience of MicrosoftDynamics/Power BI would be advantageous although training will be provided – Excellent communication – Strong organisation skills – Comfortable with shifting demands, being able to prioritise tasks This Sales Representative role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and generating sales.
