Meridian Business Support is delighted to be supporting our retail pharmacy client in their search for a Pharmacy Manager. This is a full-time permanent position across 36 hours per week with a competitive salary range between £44,990 - £61,861. The pharmacy is located in Norwich and is easily commutable and accessible.
The key duties of this role are:
- Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers.
- Play an active role in the charities support program giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
- Utilise a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so we’re always there to meet our customers' needs.
About You:
- You’ll have a Pharmacy Degree.
- You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
- You’ll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme; assistance with this provided by the client.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
