Paint Technician in Kettering

We are looking for aPaint Technician to join a UK wide Accident repair company.

• Salary up to £44,000pa + Company bonus scheme worth up to £7,000
• Contracted up to 5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 No weekend working
• 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

As a Paint Technician, your day will begin by assessing vehicles to determine the extent of paintwork required. Meticulously cleaning, sanding and masking to ensure the vehicle is prepped correctly.

As a Paint Technician, you will mix paints to match the vehicle\’s colour, apply primers and finishing coats using spray equipment in controlled environments. Take charge of inspecting quality, making any necessary touch-ups, and ensure the paint finish meets industry standards.

Paint Technician – Experience & skills:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Paint Refinishing (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive workshop
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
