Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider \n Mobile role – van, fuel card and tools supplied \n Maximise your earning potential through regular overtime and callouts \n Clear pathway into management actively encouraged \n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading commercial FM service provider, covering a cluster of sites across East London and Essex.\n \n The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of mechanical and general building services across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.\n \n The role will involve supervising a team of engineers, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, managing specialist contractors, and ensuring statutory compliance and health and safety standards are consistently maintained.\n \n You will also work closely with the client and key stakeholders to support the smooth day-to-day operation of each site.\n Hours of Work \n \nMonday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm\n Pay \n \n£48,500 per annum\n \nRegular overtime and x2, plus on-call payments every 1 in 6 weeks\n \nTravel time paid after 45 minutes\n \nFully funded training available, including IOSH, IPAF, PASMA and management programmes\n Benefits \n \n25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays\n \nMatched pension scheme\n \nLife assurance and private medical insurance after 12 months\n \nFlexible benefits, including retail discounts, electric car scheme and wellbeing support\n \nRecognition and referral bonus programmes\n \nVolunteering day and Employee Assistance Programme\n Requirements \n \nYou will hold current mechanical qualifications, such as:\n \nNVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 6187, or a similar relevant qualification\n \nElectrical qualifications would be beneficial, but are not essential\n \nStrong experience across mechanical building services, including service, repair and installation\n \nExcellent knowledge and hands-on experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, heating systems and ventilation systems\n \nPrevious experience supervising or supporting a large team of engineers with varying levels of experience\n \nIf you're an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with a full, clean UK driving licence and you're ready for a new opportunity in a varied mobile maintenance role, we'd love to hear from you.\n Apply today to take the next step in your career. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
