Overview
Meridian is currently looking for 20 JIB Gold Card electricians for various 1st and 2nd fixing duties on a major project in Central Bristol (BS1). There is free contractor parking available. Starts available – ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fixing duties on a major construction project in Central Bristol.
Hours and pay
The client has a strong workload for the next 6 weeks with lots of hours available, including overtime over 37.5 hours at x1.5 and some hours at x2.
- Typical schedule: Mon–Thu 7:30am–6:30pm; Fri 7:30am–4:30pm; Sat 8 hours. Weekly total ≈ 54 hours.
- PAYE payment method through Meridian (no payroll company fees).
- First 37.5 hours (Mon–Fri): £24.16 p/h.
- After 37.5 hours and first 6 hours on Sat: £36.25 p/h.
- After 6 hours on Sat and all Sunday: £48.33 p/h.
