Meridian are working with a well-established MEP and Building Services company based near Bradford that are growing their MEP teams after many successful years. Specialising in full M&E fit-outs, you will predominantly be involved with commercial contracts. Previous projects have included schools, warehouses, care homes, apartments, offices, and health centres.
If you are an Electrical Project Manager with experience in building services and solar panel systems, looking for a role where you can take ownership of commercial projects from start to finish, and earn bonuses from a hands-on role, then this is the role for you!

Requirements for this role:
- Up to date Electrical qualifications e.g JIB Card, 7671 (18th Ed.) Wiring Regulations, Inspection & Testing qualifications
- SMSTS/SSSTS preferable
- Experience with project management and positions within senior leadership
- Experience with commercial fit outs, such as 1st and 2nd fix, Electrical building services, solar and battery systems etc.
Duties will include:
- Take ownership of Electrical commercial fit outs on projects such as offices, care homes, and schools
- Oversee and co-ordinate the fit out by assisting the planning, estimating & pre-contracting, fit-out, and handover stages of contracts in line with accurate project timelines
- Working closely with on-site Electrical Engineers (including subcontractors) to ensure deadlines are being met, whilst resolving and/or anticipating any potential challenges, whilst providing your client(s) with efficient and cost-effective services
- Liaising with other Supervisors and Managers to ensure efficient communications across the channels and supply chain
- Assist Surveyors, Estimators and Pre-Contractors to assist in making accurate financial forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Become the primary point of contact for clients to maintain and grow existing relationships, as well as actively working with other members of your team to help identify and develop further business opportunities
