We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a well established manufacturer supplying the commercial catering industry based in Stirling. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm/ 8.30am-4.30pm (37 hours per week) offering a salary up to £26,000 per annum plus excellent benefits! As Customer Service Executive reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be part of a team of 5 in total providing a complete account management service, from enquiry through to dispatchand after sales service working hand in hand with our external sales team. Your main duties will include: Answering calls and queries accurately and consistently from customers within your specified accounts Build and maintain a solid relationship with your customers remaining polite, diligent, positive and professional at all times demonstrating knowledge and building customer confidence. Ensure accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded on computer system. Offer guidance and assistance/rectification to matters raised and to understand the scope of problems. Manage customer expectations through clearly explaining the situation, next steps and potential outcomes. Take ownership of queries, resolving routine non-complex issues yourself and escalating more complex issues to your line manager. Contribute to improving the business, protecting, and enhancing the reputation of the company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change. Coordinate, plan and execute distribution operations. Work with logistic partners to coordinate booking slots, pick-ups and delivery activities.
