Senior Marketing Manager Im recruiting on behalf of my client, a fast-growing UK-wide business, for a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead their talented team and elevate the brands voice in the B2B space. What Youll Be Doing: Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team (currently 3 direct reports, with potential to add an events hire). Take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across UK operations. Own and maximise Showpad and CRM platforms for sales enablement. Oversee and manage the marketing budget, supplier invoices, and ROI tracking. Plan and lead the businesss events calendar , managing attendance, messaging, and branding. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop content and messaging that reflects customer pain points and business strengths. Develop campaign material across multiple channels with external agencies, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Support internal training and development of the marketing team. Regular travel required (12 nights per month) for team/site visits, events and corporate hospitality. ?? Skills …
